play. Born to a real estate broker Leslie, and a renowned doctor and
businessman Jack Kavanaugh, Ryan too had a silver spoon. From having a family
of accomplished people to becoming a businessman, film producer, and financer,

Earlier a consultant to venture capitalists and small scale
businesses, the turning point in his life was a refusal. When he asked his
father a sum of $50,000 as a loan for his offshore investment fund, he got a
denial. Later on, through his co-founded firm, Relativity Media, Ryan Kavanaugh

success. Relativity Media released a film only after the probability of profit
was predicted by the model. In its first year, Relativity Media, under Ryan’s execution,
structured a financial deal for Marvel Studios, which made them begin Marvel
Cinematic Universe. Kavanaugh executed
business deals for Warner Brothers, Sony, Universal, and many others.
Relativity Media has produced,
directed, and structured financing for over 200 motion pictures, through which
a sum of $17 billion has been generated, earning over 60 Oscar nominations. Aiming a the global media company, Relativity expanded into has produced, directed Television,
Digital Content and Sports Management in 2013.
Producer of films such as Beyond the Lights, Limitless, Safe Haven,
The Fighter, Mirror Mirror, and Immortals, Ryan Kavanaugh is also an executive
producer of The Social Network, the film receiving eight Oscar nominations.
Kavanaugh also created a promotional, marketing and production partnership with
Virgin Mobile, giving Relativity a stake in it. He also launched a partnership
for Relativity media, with Huaxia Film Distribution Co. Ltd, China.
2009 Hollywood Producer of the Year, Ryan Kavanaugh was counted in 40
Most Influential People in Business in 2010, Forbes’ Future 400: Ones to Watch
also had his name. He is actively involved in social works and recently became
a part of dog rescue. Cedars-Sinai Medical Center honored him with 2010 Humanitarian The award, also the Community Champion award presented by the Sheriff’s Youth
Foundation adds to his list.
Currently executing Warner Bros. Pictures, Ryan Kavanaugh is a
renowned name among film producers. Though born with the silver spoon, Ryan made
his name more eminent with his dedicated efforts.
